Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇺🇸 Cincinnati, Ohio, United States

I'm a baking specialist. If you live around Cincinnati, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 12 years later for another job.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Miles
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Miles: Any gift will help me keep the workshop open for evening lessons.

You fixed our roof in 2024 and charged half what others asked. Greetings from Braunschweig.
