Helping people break into engineering
- 🇳🇱 Rotterdam, South Holland, Netherlands
- Rotterdam Foundation
- 2018 to 2025
- Dutch, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 360 people through Rotterdam Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Milan
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Milan: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
