Helping people break into trades
- 🇷🇺 Saint Petersburg, Saint Petersburg, Russia

For 42 years I've mentored people in trades and nursing. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I fix old bicycles.
More about Mikhail
If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.
What gifts mean to Mikhail: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

you helped me get my first trades job in 1992. I still have your notes. Truly.
