I've worked in baking since 1990. I learned from my father and passed what I could on to 1,760 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I carry a notebook everywhere.
More about Mihret
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Mihret: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.

You fixed our roof in 2004 and charged half what others asked. Greetings from Parma.

A small gift is a big thank-you.
