Miguel W. Urbina
Teaching mentor, Xalapa
- 🇲🇽 Xalapa, Veracruz, Mexico
- Xalapa Community Trust
- 1988 to 2014
- Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,090 people through Xalapa Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
I'm still learning every day.
