Miguel Vinícius Oliveira
Mentor in farming and software
- 🇧🇷 Santos, São Paulo, Brazil
- Brookfield Community Trust
- 2003 to 2023

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 460 people through Brookfield Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
