Miguel T. Hernández
Volunteer mentor with Barcelona Community Trust
- 🇪🇸 Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain
- 2007 to 2016
- Spanish
For nine years I've mentored people in leadership and design. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
