For 18 years I've run the football program at Vitória da Conquista Athletic Club in Vitória da Conquista. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. My door was open at lunch.
More about Miguel
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Miguel: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
