I've spent 47 years as a lecturer in literature at Juiz de Fora College in Juiz de Fora. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I walk the dog by the river.
More about Miguel
If you wrote a dissertation with me, I probably still have a copy on my shelf.
What gifts mean to Miguel: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
