For 27 years I've run the volleyball program at São Paulo Youth Club in São Paulo. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
