Miguel K. Maldonado
Nursing mentor, Cleveland
- 🇺🇸 Cleveland, Ohio, United States
- Fairview Association
- Since 1978
- English, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,630 people through Fairview Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
What gifts mean to Miguel: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

you helped me get my first nursing job in 1986. I still have your notes. Thank you again.

A small gift is a big thank-you.
