Feeding San Cristóbal de las Casas for nine years
- 🇲🇽 San Cristóbal de las Casas, Chiapas, Mexico
- The San Cristóbal de las Casas Cafe
- 2003 to 2012
- English, Spanish
I run The San Cristóbal de las Casas Cafe in San Cristóbal de las Casas. We started in 2003 with four tables and one very patient dishwasher.
Over the years we've fed 470 people and counted every smile.
What gifts mean to Miguel: I'd put a gift toward a better oven.
