Helping people break into small business
- 🇲🇽 Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico
- Bayview Youth Network
- 2000 to 2018
- Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,030 people through Bayview Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.
