Miguel D. Nava
Master of plumbing, now teaching apprentices
- 🇦🇷 La Plata, Buenos Aires, Argentina
- Old Parkside Works
- 1982 to 2007
- Spanish
I've worked in plumbing from 1982 to 2007. I learned from my older brother and passed what I could on to 1,000 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I take the work seriously, though not myself.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Miguel
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Miguel: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
