Farming mentor, Ottawa
- 🇨🇦 Ottawa, Ontario, Canada
- Ottawa Mentoring Circle
- 2008 to 2020

For twelve years I've mentored people in farming and leadership. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I never turned anyone away.
I'm still learning every day.
