I came to teaching late, after working as a nurse, and 46 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I've had 1,060 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Michelle
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the planetarium, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Michelle: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
