Michael W. Fernandez

Volunteer mentor with Pioneer Mentoring Circle

  • 🇨🇦 Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada
  • Pioneer Mentoring Circle
  • Since 1988
  • English, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 950 people through Pioneer Mentoring Circle. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
