Michael Thornton
Biology and music teacher, San Francisco
- 🇺🇸 San Francisco, California, United States
- Parkside Primary School
- Since 1994
- English
I teach biology at Parkside Primary School in San Francisco since 1994. Most days I teach the final-year class, and I play music while people worked.
Over the years I've had 930 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Michael
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the capital, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Michael: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
