Michael Simon Lang
Helping people break into leadership
- 🇩🇪 Regensburg, Bavaria, Germany
- Since 1978
- German
For 48 years I've mentored people in leadership and trades. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I make terrible puns.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Michael
If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.

What gifts mean to Michael: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

You helped me get my first leadership job in 1980. I still have your notes. Greetings from Mumbai.
