Michael N. Morgan

Youth rowing coach and mentor

  • 🇺🇸 Springfield, Missouri, United States
  • Acacia Swimming Club
  • Since 1985
  • English
For 41 years I've run the rowing program at Acacia Swimming Club in Springfield. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather. Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. My door was open at lunch. I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

More about Michael

Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
