Michael Lane
Master of thatching, now teaching apprentices
- 🇺🇸 Dallas, Texas, United States
- The Crescent Workshop
- Since 1984
- English
My trade is thatching. I opened my own shop in 1984 in Dallas and I'm still there most mornings.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I'm learning the guitar.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

What gifts mean to Michael: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
