Michael K. Turner
Master of weaving, now teaching apprentices
- 🇺🇸 Peoria, Illinois, United States
- The Hillcrest Trades Guild
- Since 2002
- English, French
I'm a weaving specialist. If you live around Peoria, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I fix old bicycles.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Michael
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Michael: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
