I teach economics and home economics at Sunrise Boys' School, Derry. I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Michael
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Michael: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
