Michael A. Russell

Mentor in teaching and nursing

  • 🇬🇧 Cardiff, Wales, United Kingdom
  • Cardiff Foundation
  • 2013 to 2024
  • English
For eleven years I've mentored people in teaching and nursing. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year. Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
