Michał Kamil Baran
Youth rowing coach and mentor
- 🇵🇱 Gdynia, Pomerania, Poland
- Gdynia Youth Club
- 2006 to 2025
- English, Polish
For 19 years I ran the rowing program at Gdynia Youth Club in Gdynia. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I'm learning the guitar.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Michał
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Michał: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
