Micah Lucas
Trades mentor, Peoria
- 🇺🇸 Peoria, Illinois, United States
- Peoria Association
- 2015 to 2023
- English
For eight years I've mentored people in trades and teaching. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Micah
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
