Mia Wright
Master of pottery, now teaching apprentices
- 🇺🇸 Bakersfield, California, United States
- Ashford Works
- 1992 to 2002
- English, French
My trade is pottery. I opened my own shop in 1992 in Bakersfield and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I answer every message, eventually.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Mia
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Mia: Any gift will help me keep the workshop open for evening lessons.
