For 19 years I've mentored people in software and teaching. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Mia
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Mia: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
