I taught design and technology at Redwood Boys' School in Sacramento from 2000 to 2010. Most days I taught first-year students, and I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
Over the years I had 360 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I'm still learning every day.
