I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,090 people through Brookfield Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
What gifts mean to Mia: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.

You helped me get my first farming job in 2013. I still have your notes. Greetings from Istanbul.

I'm a mechanic now. It started with one call with you! Greetings from Ottawa.
