For 32 years I have been the art teacher at Northside Academy. I teach teenagers and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 610 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Mia
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the capital, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
