Mi-young So-yeon Baek

Helping people break into leadership

  • 🇰🇷 Gwangju, Gwangju, South Korea
  • Gateway Association
  • 1983 to 2009
  • English, Korean
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 750 people through Gateway Association. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I sing in a choir.
