Metin Sinan Demir
Painter, potter and teacher at Ankara Gallery
- 🇹🇷 Ankara, Ankara, Türkiye
- Ankara Gallery
- 1989 to 2023
- English, Turkish
I work mostly in jewelry, sometimes embroidery. My first show was in 1989 at Ankara Gallery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I answer every message, eventually. My studio is always a bit of a mess.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Metin
I've had 8 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
Mediums
What gifts mean to Metin: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
