Mert Cengiz Özkan
Self-taught calligraphy artist
- 🇹🇷 Bornova, İzmir, Türkiye
- 2010 to 2025
- English, Turkish
I work mostly in calligraphy, sometimes illustration. My first show was in 2010 at Bornova Pottery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
Most of my work is inspired by the people on my bus route. I garden badly but happily.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.

If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.
