Merel Smit
Self-taught digital art artist
- 🇳🇱 Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands
- Old Amsterdam Pottery
- Since 1979
- English
I work mostly in digital art, sometimes oil painting. My first show was in 1979 at Old Amsterdam Pottery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I like to keep things simple and honest. My studio is always a bit of a mess.

If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.
