2003 to 2017
English, Swahili

For 14 years I've mentored people in engineering and software. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites. I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

Areas of mentoring

Engineering Software Entrepreneurship

What gifts mean to Mercy: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
