Mercy Bola Onyeama

Youth tennis coach and mentor

  • 🇳🇬 Badagry, Lagos, Nigeria
  • Badagry Crescent Athletic Club
  • 1997 to 2005
  • English, Igbo
I coached tennis at Badagry Crescent Athletic Club from 1997 to 2005. Most of my players were between 10 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life. My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.

I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.

What gifts mean to Mercy: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
