I teach design and technology at Naivasha Boys' School in Naivasha since 2015. Most days I teach mixed-ability classes, and I never raise my voice.
Outside the classroom I run most mornings. Inside it, I never raise my voice.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
