I trained as a nurse in 1989 and worked from 1989 to 2004 at Rosewood Health Center, mostly in orthopedics.
The thing I'm proudest of is that families usually remember my name. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
Areas of care
What gifts mean to Mercedes: I'd put gifts toward a training course in palliative care.
