I've served Guadalupe Temple in Guadalupe since 1992. My days are mostly visiting, listening and helping people carry things, sometimes literally.
We run a weekly meal that everyone's welcome at, whatever they believe. I take the work seriously, though not myself.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
What gifts mean to Mercedes: Any gift will help us keep the hall warm this winter.
