Helping people break into software
- 🇨🇴 Palmira, Valle del Cauca, Colombia
- Palmira Learning Hub
- 2014 to 2023
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 320 people through Palmira Learning Hub.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Mercedes: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
