Mercedes E. Soto
Leadership mentor, Minneapolis
- 🇺🇸 Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States
- 2009 to 2018
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 390 people through Minneapolis Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I garden badly but happily.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
