Mercedes E. Sánchez

Farmer and teacher of young growers

  • 🇪🇸 Alcalá de Henares, Madrid, Spain
  • Little Cedar Grove Farm
  • Since 1989
  • Spanish
I farm olives near Alcalá de Henares. The land was my family's before me and I hope it will be someone's after me. I teach local school groups about where food comes from. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
