Mercedes C. Muñoz
Professor of materials science, Iztapalapa State University
- 🇲🇽 Iztapalapa, Ciudad de México, Mexico
- Iztapalapa State University
- Since 1989
- Spanish
My subject is materials science, and for 37 years I get to share it with undergraduates at Iztapalapa State University.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I make terrible puns.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Mercedes
If you wrote a dissertation with me, I probably still have a copy on my shelf.
What gifts mean to Mercedes: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
