Melvin Daniel Eliasson
Mentor in leadership and finance
- 🇸🇪 Gothenburg, Västra Götaland, Sweden
- 2013 to 2024
- English, Swedish, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 640 people through Gothenburg Learning Hub.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I fix old bicycles.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Melvin
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
