Meltem Derya Özdemir
Teacher at Sakura Public School, loves early years
- 🇹🇷 Bornova, İzmir, Türkiye
- Sakura Public School
- Since 1990
- English, Turkish
For 36 years I have been the early years teacher at Sakura Public School. I teach Grade 8 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've run the homework club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I watch every football match going.
More about Meltem
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

You taught me early years in 2018 at Sakura Public School. I still remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.
