I've been a nurse for 26 years, most of them in intensive care at Kadıköy Clinic in Kadıköy. Night shifts taught me patience, and patients taught me everything else.
The thing I'm proudest of is that families usually remember my name. I'm always reading two books at once.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
