Frangipani Technical College was my second home. I taught history there from 2004 to 2015, mostly mixed-ability classes.
Over the years I had 570 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Melanie
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the planetarium, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Melanie: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
