Melanie Franklin
Mentor in nursing and teaching
- 🇺🇸 Hialeah, Florida, United States
- Hialeah Youth Network
- Since 1989
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 890 people through Hialeah Youth Network.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I walk the dog by the river.
More about Melanie
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
