Melanie F. Marquez
Painter, potter and teacher at Willow Creek Gallery
- 🇺🇸 Oakland, California, United States
- Willow Creek Gallery
- Since 1997
- English, Spanish
I work mostly in embroidery, sometimes jewelry. My first show was in 1997 at Willow Creek Gallery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I like to keep things simple and honest. My studio is always a bit of a mess.
More about Melanie
If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.
Mediums
What gifts mean to Melanie: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
